      <image:caption>Alana has worked with Arctic Willow Consulting since 2014, when she and Anna developed an evidence-based framework for youth mental health promotion in Nunavut. Alana has expertise in health policy, health promotion, and community development. She lives in her hometown of Yellowknife. Alana is a skilled public policy communicator who has held the pen on territorial strategies and action plans for the Government of Nunavut and the Government of the Northwest Territories. Her creativity has also been put to use in the design of several multi-year health promotion initiatives. Alana’s passion is facilitating community-driven projects that reflect the unique skills, talents, and voices that each place holds. She is particularly interested in the ways that art, music, mentorship, and land-based learning can be used to promote individual and collective wellness.</image:caption>
